I made some amazing Pumpernickel and Rye Stuffing with Bacon and Bourbon and my favorite Bourbon Cranberry Sauce and I was done for the day; enough for a small meal on Thanksgiving but as importantly I would have the goods I needed to make this Sandwich on Friday. Our Cranberry Cream Cheese Turkey Sandwich was made a million times a day or at least that’s what it seemed like. Top one of them with turkey meat, cranberry … And great photo. Or at least your sandwiches. This recipe calls for a blueberry goat cheese, but cranberry goat cheese or just plain cheese would both taste amazing, too. It was worth waiting for; honestly this sandwich has never disappointed. Spoon cranberry sauce on top of your turkey.
