I wish I had a different reaction as I have loved every other recipe I have tried. Made these tonight with ground Turkey- amazing! Will make these again and double the recipe next time. Best flavor ever! I found these meatballs dry. My guests ask for the recipe! For the sauce I didn’t have Asian Chili Sauce so I substituted Gochujang, which in combination with the fish sauce made the sauce really funky– probably wouldn’t recommend. I’ve been wanting to make these for a while, but I was worried my kids would turn their noses up at all of the green ingredients. I used 1 lb of pork and 1 lb of beef- 3 eggs and 1 1/4 cup panko. 44 %14 gProtein. The meatballs have plenty of flavor in and of themselves. Delicious meatballs and flavour bomb dipping sauce. / Sauce is easy too. Then my husband reminded me one of our guests doesn’t eat any beef. Just tasted this after making this morning….zesty little sauce, that may be too spicy for young kids, but I loved it!
